一直寻找windows下的解决方案，经过一段时间终于找到了AutoHotkey这个软件。

下载AutoHotkey http://www.autohotkey.com/，然后安装。

新建文件reverse-roll.ahk，输入内容：

#MaxHotkeysPerInterval 200

WheelUp::
Send {WheelDown}
Return

WheelDown::
Send {WheelUp}
Return

如果有报错说是MaxHotkeysPerInterval不够的话，继续加大第一行的数值。

然后右键点击这个文件，选compile script，生成exe文件，拖动到 开始-> 启动 里即可。
